About the Library

The Mackenzie Community Library was established in 1995, combining the existing public library and the Mackenzie College library.

Our qualified librarians offer library services that include support for learning and teaching, summer reading programmes, free borrowing of books (including the latest bestsellers) & magazines, inter-library loans, newspapers, reference material, colour/black & white photocopying, laminating, scanning, printing, self-paced computer lessons, venue hireage, five free public access computers (high speed broadband) and secure Wifi.

Mission Statement: The Mackenzie Community Library is committed to providing the residents of the wider Mackenzie District as well as the students of Mackenzie College with a comprehensive, efficient and accessible library service that will meet its clients' recreational, educational, informational and personal needs.

We have 5 free APNK computers and wifi.
